FAQ Image

SuitePilot is provided through a perpetual license resell agreement from GlobalNow IT Inc. GlobalNow delivers and resells the software from our integrated partner, SoftCial. There are not subscription options available at this time.

This is a price per NetSuite instance. However, we discount for subsequent client instances; which will be noted in a client agreement.

SuitePilot is best suited for existing NetSuite users that have a strong preference for Copilot as their AI agent tool.

SuiteAnalytics and the other AI solutions provided by NetSuite are meant to be used from the inside of the application. SuitePilot is an integration platform meant to help companies to integrate NetSuite with the rest of the IT Infrastructure based on Azure. So, SuitePilot adds flexibility and versatility to NetSuite because you can leverage multiple AI based tools available in the Azure platform to consume, analyze and even create data from and to NetSuite.

1. Data Security. Reducing the attack surface. By using SuitePilot, the client’s data never leaves the PaaS infrastructure of the client. When using workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make, data is going through their servers which increases the possibilities for a hacker to get access to that data.
2. Robust, very well-known and trustable platforms. SuitePilot is based on Microsoft’s Azure and Office 365 platforms which are very reputable PaaS and productivity suites.
3. More flexibility on the platform configuration. Because SuitePilot runs on the Azure client’s subscription, the client can control the Azure components configuration SuitePilot is based on, increasing or decreasing the needed resources on convenience to handle different workloads and security scenarios.
4. Access to lots of extension tools available in Azure. SuitePilot allows NetSuite users to consume or generate data out from Microsoft Office 365 applications. You can use many built-in AI services in Azure to analyze or manipulate the data coming from NetSuite. You can even create your own AI Agents services in Azure AI foundry by using many different languages of your choice. That is not currently possible at all from inside NetSuite.
5. AI ready and context-based connectors. The SuitePilot connectors are AI ready and allow the users to add their own company information in components called “Contexts” which helps the AI agents to access to specific instructions on how to use the SuitePilot APIs to get the exact data required by the AI Agent to provide an answer or generate a specific content out of the information coming from NetSuite.

This is a risk involved when providing support products associated with any PaaS provider. There are side costs associated to the PaaS platform and the AI tools and libraries they decide to use to process the data returned from NetSuite by the SuitePilot connectors. Examples may include:
