Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the flawless functionality and usability of our software applications. You will act as the crucial bridge between our development team and end-users, systematically identifying bugs, documenting defects, and validating that features meet all business and technical requirements before going live.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Case Development: Review system requirements and technical specifications to design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Defect Tracking: Identify, isolate, and document software bugs in issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Testing Execution: Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop environments (including regression, functional, and performance testing).
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality product releases.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed bug reports and testing status metrics for key stakeholders.
